Returns & Exchange Policy
All our products are curated by our team at Paddington and we stand by the quality of everything we sell. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately.
Change of Mind
If you have changed your mind or would like to exchange your purchase, this isn’t a problem. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, with proof of purchase and we will issue you a store credit. Note that the the item must be unused, in original packaging, and unwashed. Please choose carefully when shopping with us as we only offer store credit on returns. (All shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
Sale Items
All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-refundable.
Faulty Items
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock. Returns of faulty goods must be done within 7 days of receipt. If a replacement can’t be sent by us we will issue a credit for this. Returns & exchanges outside of the time frames listed above will not be accepted.
Incorrect Stock
In the unlikely event we are unable to supply your order after you have confirmed purchase, we will refund you in full. Refunds will be issued by direct deposit to your credit card or bank account.
