The colour change guide:

Step 1: Place in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes, then give a quick cold rinse for a brighter colour change. Use only when you want a refresh.

Step 2: Fill with ice cold water, under 5°C is ideal, and watch the colour shift in real time.

Step 3: To reset faster, rinse with warm water or let it return to room temperature.

Step 4: Hand wash, air dry and avoid direct sunlight, then do it all again.
